Orders
All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order at any time. Once payment is confirmed, your order will be prepared fresh for the agreed collection or delivery date.
Payment
Full payment is required at the time of ordering via our secure payment provider, Yoco. Orders are only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.
Custom orders & events
Custom and event orders must be placed at least 5 business days in advance. A non-refundable deposit may be required for large or custom orders. Details will be confirmed via WhatsApp before your order is finalised.
Allergies & dietary requirements
Our products may contain or have been made in an environment with nuts, dairy, eggs, wheat, and other allergens. Please contact us before ordering if you have any dietary requirements or allergies.
Liability
Coco Bliss is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question.
