Fulfilment options
We currently offer two fulfilment options: collection and local delivery within Johannesburg. The available option for your order will be confirmed at checkout.
Collection
Collection orders must be collected at the agreed time and location. If you are unable to collect, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance via WhatsApp to reschedule. Uncollected orders will not be refunded unless prior arrangements are made.
Local delivery
Local delivery is currently free and available within Johannesburg. Delivery times will be confirmed via WhatsApp after your order is placed. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address.
Order turnaround
All products are made fresh to order. Standard turnaround is 1–3 business days depending on order size and availability. Large or custom orders may require more lead time — this will be confirmed when you place your order.
