Made-to-order products
Because all Coco Bliss products are made fresh to order, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges due to a change of mind. Please review your order carefully before payment.
Quality issues
If you receive a product that does not meet our quality standards — for example, if it arrives damaged or is significantly different from what you ordered — please contact us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of receiving your order. Include a photo of the issue. We will work with you to make it right.
Order cancellations
Cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours before your scheduled collection or delivery time. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance, or for custom orders once preparation has begun, may not be eligible for a refund. Please contact us as early as possible if you need to cancel.
Custom order deposits
Deposits paid for custom or event orders are non-refundable once confirmed, as ingredients and preparation time are committed to your order.
